CASALE DEL MARE is placed in the resort" LE SPIANATE ", CASTIGLIONCELLO (LI). It is about 1 KM from the sea and the beach of Castiglioncello.
Casale del Mare accommodations:
CTG110: first floor studios (2 to 4 people), about 35 sq. meters. Double rooms separated by the kitchenette. A steel stairs will let you access the 2 additional beds in a small attic. Bathroom with showers.
CTG112: ground floor studios (2 to 4 people), about 35 sq. meters. Double bed + 2 bunk beds, kitchenette and bathroom.
CTG111: first floor 2 room’s apartment (6 people), about 90 sq. meters. Double rooms one with 2 bunk beds kitchen, bathroom and Jacuzzi.
CTG113: first floor 3 room’s apartment (4 to 6 people), about 65 sq. meters. Double rooms, a steel stairs will let you access the 2 additional beds in a small attic, kitchen, living room and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
All apartments come with satellite TV, air conditioning, safety box, refrigerator, silverware, cooking pots and pans and weekly linen change. The phones are about 0.20 EURO/min.
Upon arrival we request a 250 EURO deposit/apartment.
We accept all major credit cards.
We divide yearly seasons into four (A, B, C, D):

Castiglioncello is an international tourist town on Costa Fiorita, Italy. It is a promontory reaching out into the Tyrrhenian Sea. Important people like Pirandello, Mastroianni, Sordi, Visconti, Gassman, Zeffirelli, Spadolini had built their houses here.
Italy agroturism guidelines:
3 buildings per hectare. 3 hectares are min. farm size. The buildings must be used for agroturism for more that 5 years and the land may not be subdivided for 5 years. Accommodations: 10 hectares or less = 6 bedrooms (10 beds), 5 RV sites and 15 camping sites. 10 hectares or more = 12 rooms (20 beds), 10 RV sites and 20 camping sites.
