Customer's Information is collected at the time of check-in on the date of departure by swiping your passport through a reader which is sent to the Customers and Immigration Authorities. The Airlines request that you completly fill out the form and submit it to the ground personnel before departure. Please note that this information is absolutely mandatory in order to be granted entry into the United States of America. * U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent residents and passengers stopping in U.S. airports to fly into other countries are exempt from address capture.
